Security Technician Job Requirements:

High school diploma. Relevant post-secondary education/certification is an asset.
Availability to work days, weekends and evenings.
Teachable attitude
Customer focused and driven
Excellent English Communication skills
Knowledge of computers and/or electronics and/or electrical is a must

Security Technician Job Duties:

Install and/or service alarm systems, closed circuit television, card access systems, and networking
Support all customers by providing courteous and professional service via phone and site visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with each client by setting, and demonstrating a standard of excellence.
Provide additional on-site customer-centric security solutions.
Undertake special projects regarding commercial and residential customers.
Inform customers of new security solutions available.
