We had the opportunity to sit down with Dave from Captain’s Cove to talk about his experience so far.
Captain’s Cove has three primary locations that Alpha currently services: Flower Shop, Golf Course and the Marina. All three of these areas of the business rely on Video Surveillance for safety and security as well as Gate Access Control. Q: What stood out to you about Alpha Integrated as the deciding factor when choosing a security company?
A: The level of professionalism and service that Alpha provided. It is always easy to get a hold of them in a timely manner and whenever I have a problem, they send a technician out right away. Communication has always been easy.
Q: Can you tell me a little bit about the systems that you use from Alpha and how they help your business?
A: Our system is completely wireless and the network never goes down which is amazing. We use a lot of video surveillance as well as gate control access which I can control from my phone or computer. No other competitor currently has a gate so it has been great for peace of mind and making it more secure.
Q: Have you dealt with an instance of crime, such as a break-in, and if so, how did Alpha’s video surveillance aid in resolving the situation?
A: Absolutely, a couple times, and every time it has been very user friendly and easy to go back and review the footage.
Q: Can you please tell me what you would say to other business owners that are currently looking for a security company?
A: I would say that Alpha has always been very reliable and easy to work with. The video surveillance software is very user-friendly and straight forward to use. I know if I ever have a problem I can pick up the phone and talk to someone right away.
